No matter the season, our focus is on offering the freshest ingredients from the Twin Forks of Long Island and around the world.

Chef Noah visits local farms, docks, fish markets and specialty producers to select the freshest produce, cheeses, meats, poultry and seafood to serve. He and his wife, Sunita visit local tasting rooms and proudly feature Long Island’s finest wines on their menu. Come in and savor our in∙noah∙va∙tive seasonal cuisine.

Celebrate Oyster Mondays at Noah’s now through December!

Every Monday evening, you can get your fill of our favorite local oyster -- Peconic Golds, for $1.00 an oyster at the bar or at your table, served on ice with our tasty mignonette sauce. Savor them with a Mattituck original – Macari Dos Aguas White 2017. An elegant blend with tasty citrus, stone fruit, and floral notes. We’re offering this wine to pair with oysters for $5/3oz glass, $10/6oz glass, or $30/bottle.
